Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Operations Associate to join our team. This role will be supporting the Business Operations Manager in ensuring smooth operations within our organization, with a primary focus on client support and process optimization. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional service to our clients.
What you’ll be doing:
- Evaluate client fit by conducting thorough analysis of potential clients to assess fit with our services and solutions. Collaborate with the sales team to gather necessary information and insights for evaluation.
- Provide support in the sales process by assisting the sales team in preparing presentations, demos, and other materials for client meetings, and participate in client meetings as needed to provide operational insights and support.
- Manage end-to-end client onboarding processes, from account setup to post-onboarding support. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring satisfaction. Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the client experience and foster long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with teams to identify and implement enhancements in operational workflows. Propose and execute process improvements to streamline operations, reduce redundancies, and boost efficiency. Document updated procedures for consistent implementation and knowledge sharing.
What you bring to this role:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in operations, client services, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with CRM systems preferred.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
